Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days; please note that for hygiene reasons, certain tools and opened liquids cannot be returned.
Contact Support
Reach out to our grooming experts via email or our online contact form with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items with the original packing slip and clearly mark your Return Authorization number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
